Two men were arrested Friday during a high-risk stop made by Yuma Police officers in Fry's parking lot. Officers drew their guns as a safety precaution, and had each passenger get out
of the car one at a time.

The stop was made after an off-duty officer allegedly saw 18-year-old John Carbajal concealing a handgun under his shirt while
getting into a vehicle just before noon
in the 2300 block of 4th Avenue.
